What to include
- Which tool you were using (e.g. Merge PDF, Image Compressor)
- Your browser and device (e.g. "Chrome on Android", "Safari on Mac")
- What happened vs. what you expected — screenshots help a lot
- The type and approximate size of the file involved (please do not send us the actual file if it contains personal data)
A note on privacy
Because our tools process files locally in your browser, we cannot see or recover files you worked with. If a conversion failed, describing the steps to reproduce the problem is more useful than sending the file itself.
